You should submit the ticket on the cupport site would be quicker and It’s really convenient there.
My setting is still have a bit trouble but the seller is supporting fast and reliable. I look forward to some new features on the account with icon instead of words or notification on top like fb instead of going to profile and check.
BTW, I would follow to get their upcoming products for listing directory (jobs, real estate,..)

The theme is very very lite, I think the most lightweight theme in Envato so far, installation files is less than 2 MB, but the features, customizability is stunning.
Customer support – yes, they do it well.
Features – so many advanced features and compatible with many plugins
Code quality – very clean & clear coding, they have mentioned the CSS they have used in the document.
Page load speed – awesome !!
Bugs – There is no bugs so far, I am sure!!
Design quality – just stunning. amazing design.
Document quality – fair thing, but if you could update bit more in detail, it would be fine.

I have never seen any customer support team go all out to fight for a customer the way Seeko’s team did for my business – even when the fault is not theirs. Seeko support team is only second to themselves.

Overall I am very happy with the theme! Only problem is that when I set another primary colour the theme won’t update to that and keeps the pink colour. Is that a bug?
